Filipino (Tagalog) Language Training
Pioneering Filipino Language Teaching in Germany
in cooperation with the Hamburger Gesellschaft für Austronesistik e. V. (HGfA)
We are proud to be among the pioneers in teaching Filipino (Tagalog) – the national language of the Philippines – in Germany. Over the past years, we have built a comprehensive program designed especially for German-speaking learners and developed a strong reputation for quality and innovation.
Why Choose Our Filipino (Tagalog) Courses?
- Pioneering Expertise – We have developed the Filipino language program at the Austronesian Department of the University of Hamburg and continue to set academic standards in the field.
- Trusted Institutional Partnerships – We regularly cooperate with respected institutions such as the GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) and LSI Bochum (Landesspracheninstitut) to deliver high-quality courses.
- Innovative Teaching Materials – We are currently developing a comprehensive coursebook for a renowned publishing house, designed for tertiary-level learners and based on years of research and teaching experience.
- Tailored for German Speakers – Our courses use our own tried-and-true teaching materials written in German, allowing for clearer explanations and faster learning – unlike other programs that rely on English-language materials that often make Tagalog harder to grasp for German learners.
- Continuous Development – We offer new Filipino (Tagalog) courses every half-year to meet growing demand, keeping our materials and methods up to date.
