Data protection
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
As a rule, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address, or email addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Cookies
Some of our web pages use cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies.” They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
Legal basis:
- Technically necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free and optimized provision of our services).
- Cookies that are not technically necessary (e.g. for analytics or marketing purposes) are only stored with your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TTDSG.
- You may revoke your consent at any time via the cookie banner.
You can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies, to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or in general, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Please note that disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
Server log files and the use of AWStats
We use the AWStats program to analyze our website statistically. The program is free web analysis software that automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type
- Operating system used
- Country of the visitor
- Time of access
- Duration of access
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
- Entry and exit pages
AWStats is used to evaluate these log files. The program does not use cookie files for evaluation. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons and is not merged with other data sources.
Unlike other statistics programs, AWstats does not transmit any data to an external server. The program is installed on our own hosting package. This also prevents data from being transferred abroad, as our server is located in Germany.
With the help of this information, we can evaluate the use of our website and compile reports on website activity. This ultimately serves to optimize our offerings for you on our website.
By using our website, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of the above data in the manner and for the purposes described above.
We reserve the right to subsequently review this data if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.
For more information about AWStats, please visit: http://awstats.sourceforge.net/.
Contact form
If you send us inquiries by email or via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process, and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content, or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). We collect, process, and use personal data relating to the use of our website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill for it.
Information, deletion, blocking
You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correct, block, or delete this data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice if you have any further questions about personal data.
Objection to advertising emails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam emails.
